You agree to NOT disclose the site confidentiality to any 3rd part in public to be a member, publicly posting Admin Note, Site News, Members List, Email Subject and/or slanderous statements about OrangeBizs.com will result in immediately termination of your account and forfeit of moneies owned.

You have responsibility to read the email we send to you carefully, we send out a cheat link every 10 days, if you keep clicking without reading and have clicked on the cheat link, we reserve the right to terminate your account without payment.

We have a zero tolerance policy against cheating:

If you clicked 30 bad turing numbers in one month you will be Suspended. If you don't respond to this, after 30 days we will delete your account. You will lose all your earnings, referrals and referral earnings. This can not be turned back. If you have more than 1 account , all accounts will be deleted!! You can only use one Egold or one Paypal address, multiple users with same E-gold or Paypaladdress will be deleted.

If you haven't click a link for more the 30 days or logged in your account, you will be considered inactive, this is for all members (so for free and upgraded ones).
This will result in losing your account. After 30 days we will delete all inactive members. You will lose all your earnings, referrals and referral earnings. This can not be turned back!

Relationship of the Parties:

You and OrangeBizs.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and OrangeBizs.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of OrangeBizs.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:

OrangeBizs.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or OrangeBizs.com program, even if OrangeBizs.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, OrangeBizs.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

PTP (Paid To Promote) is an EXTRA option at OrangeBizs.com to reward members for bringing in new members to OrangeBizs.com, the use of PTP is however only reserved for upgraded members(Middle Orange Membership or Higher Level)
The PTP pays you $0.88 for 1000 credits.

Payments:

Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by OrangeBizs.com. Members may earn by referring new members to the OrangeBizs.com program. Members will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by OrangeBizs.com. Members will be paid via PayPal / E-Gold. OrangeBizs.com will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by OrangeBizs.com. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 3 business days or a reasonable time after.

Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with OrangeBizs.com and may result in legal prosecution. OrangeBizs.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. OrangeBizs.com may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. OrangeBizs.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.

Searches:

"I Love Search" interest boxes are only available for members who need to find something online to choose and only members from a Search Friendly Country are allow to choose "I Love Search" boxes from interest page.

Search Friendly Countries are:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.

Members that are not from a Search Friendly Country but have "I Love Search" checked on will have their membership terminated immdiately after signup.

Accounts Selling:
Selling account of OrangeBizs.com without prior approval is strictly forbidden. Sellers/Buyers' accounts will be canceled if the transaction is not permited by us.

Proxy Uses:
Members that join Orangebizs.com are not allowed to use proxy, any member be caught using proxy will be deleted no exception, this also include AOL users.
