Account Questions:

Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program.

How can I log into my account?
Log in at http://www.orangebizs.com

How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter your username and password, then click cancel.

How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows OrangeBizs.com to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from OrangeBizs.com without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Log in to your account and click the "User Info." Link. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account".

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Info." link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your name and member ID.

I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all honest international members(Effective Jan 01, 2008, We no longer accept new member from China, India, Poland, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan).

I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.

Am I allowed to sell my account or buy other members' account?
Unfortunately selling/buying accounts at OrangeBizs.com without prior approved is strictly forbidden, such actions will result in the termination of your accounts without any payment(s).

What should I do if I can not login?
If you find you are not able to login please do not contact us immediately. Please use the
"Password/ID" get back feature to rebuild your password or find your username. If it doesn't work for your, your account is most likely canceled or deleted.

Why am I suspended/canceled/deleted?
Suspendsion:
Since we are using the latest Version of CC script, we are able to cancel/reactive an account before account is deleted, so normally we do not suspend an account and there is no certain reasons for the account suspension, if you find your account has been suspended, please contact us, generally your account can be reactived after suspendsion if your explainmation is reasonable.

Cancellation:
Account cancellation may be caused by violation of TOS including but not limited to:
1) Enter False Personal Information.
2) SPAMMING
3) Hit the cheat link without awareness for more than 3 times.
4) Using auto-click software to read your emails.
5) Bad keywords detected. ("Blind Clicker", "Donate my Earning" Or Not select "I agree to Terms")
6) Participate into "Searches" but not from a search friendly countries.
7) Duplicate accounts.
8) Publicly posting derogatory and/or slanderous statements about OrangeBizs.com.
9) Selling or buying accounts without prior approval.
10) Using proxy to participation.

Your account will NOT be returned if your case belongs to any of the reasons listed above.

Deletion:
Members that have been inactive for 30 days will be deleted.

Earnings Questions:

How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however we do give you a large percentage of the amount we earn.

When can I request payment?
You may request payment after you have earned the minimum payout. We also make a no-minimum weekly payout by PayPal.

How often can I request payment?
Free members can only cashout once per week, upgraded members can cashout any times.

How can I request payment?
As soon as you reach payout, you could click the "cashout" link in your member's area to request payment.

When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within 3 business days.

Am I obliged to perform valid searches if I participate in "I Love Search"?
No, you are NOT forced to perform valid searches, you may search when you need to search and our advertisers pay you to visit their portal instead of "perform a valid search".

But we do not allow search opt-in members that participate in just for "earn quick buck" without real "interest".

Which countries are Search Friendly Countries?
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.

Only members from the above countries are allowed to have "I Love Search" checked on.


Referral Questions

How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral url to OrangeBizs.com on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral Center" page.

Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, it takes many paid emails received by members to have referral earnings show up, even for members that have 100's or 1000's in their downline. Referral earnings are displayed once a referred member has earned their referring member at least 1 full cent. Technically a member with 1000 referrals that have each earned him/her 1/2 cent has earned $5.00 but their earnings will not be shown until an individual member has earned them 1 full cent.

What kinds of advertisement(sites) you do not endorse?
We do NOT advertise for:
Sites for Drug Companies, or that advertise drugs.
Sites contains 0-iframes or more than 2 Pops.
Sites that advertise or promote gambling.
Sites that promote any kind of hate.
Sites that promote violence of any kind.
Sites that promote Hacking, questionable or illegal activity.
Sites that do not pay members, or delete members when they reach payout.
